Exchange Process
To initiate a exchange, include a copy of the invoice with the items and specify the reason. Complete the exchange request form: Exchange Form.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping using a traceable method at their expense. If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, we will cover the shipping costs. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
