Exchange Policy

  • 7-Day Exchange Policy
    Eligibility
    Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange Process
    Repack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  • Include a copy of your purchase invoice inside the parcel and specify the reason for the exchange.
  • Shipping & Delivery
    Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs using a traceable courier service.
  • On Same Day image or video Send Defective or Incorrect Items: If the exchange is due to a damaged item or an order error on our end, Loginwear will cover all shipping costs.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
